William N. Kobayashi: CBI, CBC, CMEA, BCB:
After a 15-year retail career in merchandising management with Federated Department Stores, Managing Director William N. Kobayashi established and owned four businesses. He also has over 12 years experience providing CEO/COO level consulting and financial services in the areas of manufacturing, sales, marketing and distribution to over 100 companies in the USA, Asia and Canada. He has attended and has degrees from San Jose State University and UCLA. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), a member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), the M&A Source and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Demonstrating a high level of competence in the business intermediary profession, he has earned the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with IBBA, accredation with the Institute of Certified Business Counselors (CBC) and a Diploma in Mergers and Acquisitions with the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Raymond G. Hanson, MCBC, CMEA, BVAL:
Mr. Hanson is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Master Certified Business Counselor, Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser, and a Business Valuator Accredited in Litigation. His experience includes over twenty one years of business evaluation, consulting and brokerage experience; marketing and transferring over one hundred ninety small-to-middle market businesses; and evaluating hundreds of other businesses for both fee and marketing purposes. In his career, Mr. Hanson has consulted, evaluated and transferred retail, service, distribution and small manufacturing businesses ranging from food products to high tech. He has testified as an expert witness in business valuation and business brokerage. Prior to his business brokerage and consulting activities, Mr. Hanson founded and operated Garland Distributors, an Oregon soft drink distribution firm for thirteen years. In his entrepreneurial career, he has owned five businesses of which four were start-ups. He is Past President of the Institute of Certified Business Counselors, having served on the Board of Directors for four years and having been a member since 1988.

Lee Ann Gadilauskas, MA:
Ms. Gadilauskas is a trained business valuation specialist and performs appraisals for business sales and other uses. She is a member of The Institute of Business Appraisers. Ms. Gadilauskas is also the President of Tech Write, Inc., a technical writing and consulting firm she founded in 1999. As a Consultant, she has specialized in technical and grant writing, special needs transportation, research, needs assessment, analysis, and strategic planning. Ms. Gadilauskas has an extensive history with government-funded programs and nonprofit agencies, and with federal, state, foundation and corporate grants. Prior to her employment with the county, she worked nine years for RCE/GE, and spent her last year marketing education and training programs nationwide. Ms. Gadilauskas has over 25 years experience in management.
